I've tried to select some useful clips that you should watch as revision for Section A of the exam paper.You need to:
- Consider how the clip is conventional for the Action Adventure genre.
- Analyses it for the use of:
- Camera
- Sound
- Editing
- Mise-en-scene
- Representation of:
- People
- Places ...or
- Events (for example war).
- Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part 1 (running away from the snatchers sequence). Obvioulsy I can't get this on YouTube yet so if you've bought it or know someone who has its worth a watch.
- Bourne Identity - sequence when Bourne enters a flat and the villian comes crashing through the window.
- The Day After Tomorrow the sequence where they are running towards the library and the massive wave is approaching.
